Applications are open for the 2022
Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships – Fully Funded. The scholarship is to
study for a two-year master’s degree in low- or middle-income countries of the
Commonwealth. The scholarship deadline is June 10, 2021. The scholarships
target students who are committed to making a difference in their communities,
a life-changing opportunity to experience a new country and culture, to broaden
horizons, and to build a global network that will last a lifetime. Through
cultural exchange and academic collaboration, the Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth
Scholars Program helps create positive change and find solutions to the common
challenges we face – both in their home countries and those that host them. As
an active part of the Commonwealth Network, it will help scientists shape its
future.

Benefits
of 2022 Fully Funded Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships

Prize winners receive:

• Fully Funded Tuition Fee for Queen Elizabeth
  Scholarship
• Living expenses allowance (stipend) for the duration of
  the award
• Economy return flights to the host country
• access allowance
• Research Support Grant – on request only; Subject to
  approval

Eligibility
for the Fully Funded Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships for 2022

• To apply, you must be a citizen of (or hold refugee
  status) in a Commonwealth country other than the country hosting the
  award.
• You must have completed an undergraduate degree at 2:1
  level equivalent
• Applicants must apply for the Queen Elizabeth
  Scholarships 2022 in a country other than their home country/country of
  citizenship.
• There is no upper age limit to be eligible for Queen
  Elizabeth Scholarships.
• Please note, universities may have their own admission
  requirements for admission

Application
Procedure for the Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarship 2022

In order for an application to be
considered for selection, applicants must ensure that:

• Their personal statement is clearly written so that the
  non-specialist can understand the objectives of the research and how it
  will be carried out
• They clearly state why they are applying for the
  courses and institutions listed on their application form. You must assign
  these answers to each institution – if you type the same answer for each
  course/institution or copy and paste text from the university websites,
  your application will not be considered.
• They meet all eligibility requirements for their chosen
  undergraduate course, including having the necessary work experience 
• Two references identified and references submitted –
  references must be detailed and include the content specified in the
  application form
• Include full details about marks/grades earned for
  specific certifications. Applicants are strongly encouraged to ensure that
  they submit complete supporting documentation at the time of application,
  in the form of an official transcript.

The timing at which you will hear
the outcome of your application will depend on the application cycle in which
you applied.  

• First-cycle applicants for courses starting in
  July-October must receive the result of their application by July of the
  year the Queen Elizabeth Scholarships will be awarded.
• Second-cycle applicants for courses starting in January
  and February must have the result of their application by October before
  the Queen Elizabeth Scholarships start.
