UNESCO is making available 20 joint UNESCO/ISEDC scholarships to promote
capacity building and human resource development in the field of sustainable
and renewable energy sources in developing countries and countries in
transition. Training activities under these fellowships can be maintained in
specialized institutions of the Russian Federation.

students to work on a team on projects in Los Angeles. The duration of the
program is 9 weeks and accommodation is on a university campus. The team of
